Description

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in reservation sales, group sales, resort services, or a high-volume contact center preferred. • Sales oriented mindset and motivated to earn commissions, bonuses, incentives, and contests. • Strong active listening and empathy. • Proficiency in using software/hardware and systems. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. • A dedicated high-speed internet connection (minimum upload and download speed required). • Remote worksite free from undue noise and distractions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
