• Act as the first point of contact for customer support (via email, phone and other channels), resolving issues and escalating when necessary • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records in our system, ensuring cases are handled within SLA • Collaborate with 2nd-level support and other departments to resolve complex queries • Automate business processes using various tools and technologies • Manage tasks in cloud management consoles where applicable • Communicate effectively with cloud providers and partners to ensure seamless service • Assist the team with administrative and continuous improvement tasks • Troubleshooting infrastructure outages, including third-party services and deployment environments • Communicating vendor updates (e.g., pricing changes, end-of-support notifications) to relevant stakeholders
• Experience with any of cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) and their services is a must • Knowledge of observability, networking, subnetting, site reliability and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Experience with at least one programming language • Familiarity with Git and version control platforms like GitHub/GitLab • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in an IT role such as support, networking, back/front-end development, or system administration • Great command of the English language both in verbal and written form (B2/C1) • Willingness to take ownership, be responsible, display initiative, and work autonomously • Strong communication skills
