• Create and execute channel strategies to drive adoption of Revvity Omics testing services • Provide in-depth training on genomic testing services at Revvity Omics to partners • Monitor market trends in genomics and adjust channel strategies accordingly. • Maintain an accurate forecast and sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, documenting and tracking all leads, contacts, opportunities and activity history consistently and following best practices. • Develop and manage partnerships with clinical laboratories, research institutions, and healthcare providers. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. • Work collaboratively with marketing, field sales representatives, inside sales and account managers to maintain excellent customer support and drive revenue growth. • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. • Accurate forecasting capability • Develops a strong, realistic sales pipeline • Supports business development deals (deal model, diligence, integration, etc.) • Deep market knowledge in specific areas • Strong Revvity product/application knowledge • Help prepare competitive analysis & strategies • Manages sales function/process • Builds strong relationships with customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field • Minimum of 8-13 years of experience. • Experience working in a fast-paced global environment. • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation. • Excellent written & verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently and navigate change. • Demonstrated experience with Workday. • Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications. • High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail & data accuracy. • Should be open to travel 15-20 days in a month in the assigned region/territory.
