📋 Description

• Drive EHS programs and compliance at a corporate level. • Facilitate, lead and measure EHS Corporate KPI’s. • Develop, implement, and drive EHS corporate strategy. • Support EHS initiatives for commercial teams worldwide. • Drive continual improvement in corporate EHS programs, policies, and training. • Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to Regional EHS Leaders to drive strategic plan. • Design, facilitate, and help sites and teams identify & implement change initiatives that improve EHS across the organization. • Own and facilitate operating rhythms for EHS initiatives to keep teams on task, target, and timeline, while communicating clearly and regularly on progress and status. • Identify EHS best practices and provide lessons learned and key findings to departments with recommendations for changes. • Report progress and status on projects, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to site leadership. • Identify and communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met. • Ensure and facilitate effective cross-functional communication. • Coordinate project schedules, monitor budgets, and assign tasks. • Keep management informed of key issues, changes and help needed which may impact expected business results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Science, Engineering or related field • 7-10 or more years of professional experience in EHS, including managing corporate initiatives or program roll-out/projects management. • 20-25% Travel • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Passion for the areas of EHS and ready to make an impact • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment while maintaining positive and productive working relationships across a broad range of people and groups • Ability to problem solve a variety of issues with key stakeholders • Change leader with an insatiable curiosity for driving organizational impact. • Advanced knowledge in SW tools for collaboration and project management • Ability to influence without having direct line management responsibility • Creative/curious/lateral thinking mindset • LEAN Six Sigma Green or Black Belt • Proven self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision; self-managed and self-motivated • Ability to manage priorities and stay on top of critical responsibilities • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
