Description

• Responsible for end-to-end data implementations of Ridgeline enterprise cloud software. • Lead data conversion projects ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements related to data needs. • Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities. • Validate and resolve variances between source data and generated data. • Coordinate with project managers and consultants ensuring dependencies are managed. • Partner with Data Science team for process improvement and accuracy enhancement. • Deliver timely responses to customers regarding data migration tasks. • Contribute to broader Customer Success initiatives to improve onboarding experience. • Domestic travel possible up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data conversion projects, specifically within the investment management industry. • Strong technical skills with experience in SQL, database management systems [MS SQL, Oracle, Mysql, or Postgres], and data integration or ETL tools. • Advanced MS Excel proficiency • Strong knowledge of financial instrument types, asset management industry, and data related workflows (reconciliation, data flows, and end user reporting) • In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and performance measurement methodologies, including financial transaction types and asset classes (equities, fixed income, and FX). • Proven track record of managing complex data projects from planning through execution. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and in team settings, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
