📋 Description

• Chief of Staff position to drive organizational innovation and transformation initiatives • Work collaboratively across self-organizing teams to implement positive change • Partner with the Head of Company to conceptualize and execute initiatives • Drive cross-functional projects enhancing team collaboration and communication • Lead change management efforts by building relationships and influencing others • Develop clear communications to articulate strategic initiatives and gather buy-in • Help design and implement processes promoting self-organization and accountability • Work directly with teams globally to understand challenges and implement solutions • Own complex projects and drive them to completion through execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience, ideally including management consulting background at firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG • Track record of leading organizational change initiatives through influence rather than authority • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to build trust and relationships at all levels • Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution capabilities and hands-on approach • Self-motivated with ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations • Strong analytical capabilities • Hunger to learn and ability to learn on their own • Experience working in distributed/remote environments preferred • High degree of discretion and excellent judgment • Comfort with and enthusiasm for challenging traditional organizational structures
