β€’ Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Brand to lead the evolution of their brand presence and strengthen their emotional connection with customers. β€’ This role will be instrumental in crafting a cohesive and compelling narrative, developing impactful campaigns, and delivering innovative brand experiences that inspire loyalty and growth. β€’ Own and articulate the core narrative to build deeper emotional connections with their community. β€’ Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all channels. β€’ Develop and execute strategies to connect with customers on an emotional level, turning consumers into passionate brand advocates. β€’ Leverage consumer insights and data to understand and amplify the unique values that resonate with their audience. β€’ Conceptualize and execute experiential activations (events, partnerships, campaigns) that bring the brand to life in innovative and memorable ways. β€’ Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of experiential strategies into broader business objectives. β€’ Build and lead a high-performing team of brand strategists, creatives, and project managers. β€’ Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the organization. β€’ Define success metrics for brand initiatives and ensure measurable impact on customer retention, brand equity, and market share. β€’ Report on brand performance and recommend adjustments to strategies based on insights and trends.
