Description
• Manage the day-to-day of implementation projects for Mattel’s Rights Management System Rightslogic. • Research, design, and document specifications for the development and maintenance of RightsLogic. • Manage Implementation Projects including requirements collection and vendor collaboration. • Provide ongoing support to Clients using Service Now, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions. • Prepare training documentation and lead webinars for training.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience with systems analysis (including support and QA) • Prior experiences managing projects to successful completion • Experience with RightsLogic preferred
