• Organizational Background • Right To Be “RTB” is a global, people-powered movement to build a world that is free of harassment and filled with humanity. • We believe that it’s through small actions, happening everywhere, that culture can shift. • Through this Request for Information (RFI) process, we will select a group of consultants. • Our budget range for this facilitation project is $50,000 - $60,000. • Our selection process will be as follows: Panel Interviews (Nov 1 - 7), Final Meeting (Nov 7 - 14), Contract Negotiation (Nov 18 - 21), Contract starts (Nov 22). • Right To Be is committed to promoting and sustaining diversity, equity, and inclusion across all stakeholders.
