• Oversee Rightway’s underwriting operations for strategic bids ensuring timely RFP submissions. • Organize underwriting exercises within the Underwriting Team ensuring timely pricing offers. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of underwriters to ensure risk evaluation. • Review pricing offers and risk profiles to ensure compliant with standards. • Track and report Rightway’s potential risk profile in prospective business. • Collaborate with Sales and PBM Consultants for financial value evaluations. • Craft responses to financial RFP questions aligned with Rightway’s standards. • Support and mentor the Underwriting team in achieving objectives. • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline. • Successfully managed and led a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and performance coaching. • 4+ years in the PBM industry with a focus on underwriting and pricing. • Experience with SQL & Microsoft Office. Working experience with Tableau, Python, R, or SAS.
