📋 Description
• Lead daily accounting operations including payables and customer billing. • Prepare and post journal entries for financial close processes. • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reporting. • Contribute to audit preparations and provide required documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for initiatives and projects. • Assist in the preparation of sales and use tax filings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required. • 3+ years of general accounting experience with a proven track record. • Experience within startup or healthcare technology is a plus. • Strong working knowledge of financial reporting and audit support. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Commitment to providing quality internal service. • CPA certification or progress toward it is a plus.
