📋 Description

• USPack is a leading logistics provider custom built for the evolving needs of businesses in today’s same-day delivery world. • The Staff Accountant is responsible for the reconciliation of the various balance sheet accounts, such as cash, fixed assets, and accounts receivables. • The position will assist the Accounting Manager with month-end close procedures, financial reporting and with special reporting on an as needed basis.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization. Read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of customers or employees • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. • Ability to understand the independent contractor relationship. • This position requires 5% amount of travel. Travel may include travel by car, airplane or public transit methods. Travel may be outside the local area and/or overnight.
