📋 Description
• Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) and corporate credit card programs • Focuses on enhancing expense visibility and driving cost savings • Supports finance projects related to process optimization and budgeting initiatives • Reviews and approves expense reports for accuracy and compliance • Prepares and reviews journal entries for T&E and corporate credit card transactions • Performs reconciliations for month-end close • Assists with internal and external audits • Identifies inefficiencies and develops training materials for cost control
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in expense management, corporate credit card administration, or financial operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Expensify, SAP, Workday) • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and policy compliance • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
