📋 Description

• The Revenue Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the revenue accounting processes as well as tracking • recording and reporting the related cost of sales for the global company • This includes ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition • accurately capturing • allocating and analyzing costs • coordinating with cross-functional teams • and supporting audits • The role is crucial in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and ensuring that revenue and costs are recognized in line with business practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Finance • or related field • CPA or relevant certifications preferred • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance • with a focus on revenue recognition • preferably in the advertising or media industry • Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills • both written and verbal • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Experience with Netsuite and project accounting preferred • Knowledge of industry-specific billing processes and revenue models.
