📋 Description

• Manage financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and invoicing. • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP. • Maintain general ledger and perform regular account reconciliations. • Manage payroll processing and compliance with payroll regulations. • Oversee accounts payable process and manage invoicing and collections. • Implement internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and streamline accounting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. • Certified Public Accountant and/or Big 4 audit experience required. • 5+ years of experience in accounting with extensive experience in an accounting team. • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. • Demonstrated experience of technical accounting and external reporting research. • Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with senior leaders. • Experience with managing payroll, AP, AR, and invoicing. • Familiarity with SaaS-based accounting operations and operating models is preferred. • Advanced experience of accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, NetSuite, Freshbooks) and expert with all Microsoft platforms. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff and management in various departments. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Leadership of the company's interactions with an independent auditor.
