Description
• The Vice President of Consultant Relations will manage and cultivate consultant relationships in healthcare. • Lead a team focused on achieving growth targets and delivering exceptional service. • Expand Rightway’s presence in the consultant community and align with internal teams. • Travel to build and nurture relationships, driving growth in sales pipeline.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree • 7+ years of experience in consultant relations, business development, or a related role within the healthcare or benefits industry, with a proven track record of managing and growing consultant relationships. • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth, with a data-driven approach to optimizing consultant engagement and sales outcomes. • Deep knowledge of the healthcare benefits landscape, including PBM, Care Navigation, and related services, with a strong understanding of the consultant community’s dynamics. • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage consultants and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Masters degree • Experience in the direct care navigation and/or PBM space
