• Achieve and exceed renewal sales targets by renewing support services contracts • Articulate the RSI Support Model and Value Proposition • Track and manage all Client renewal opportunities • Collaborate with Global Client Engagement Team to assess non-renewal risks • Pro-actively look for opportunities to increase RSI footprint
• Bachelor Degree required • 7+ years sales experience with software and/or support sales and delivery • Capable of building and nurturing client relationships • Excellent time management and communication skills • Ability to harvest important information from client conversations • Ability to upsell annual renewals into multi-year agreements • Proficiency with Windows, Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Strong writing skills • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities • Ability to forecast accurately • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Understanding of software maintenance/support models • Basic knowledge about Oracle or SAP ERP software products
