Description

• Learn the RingCentral service capability for the Service Provider to a high technical and sales degree • Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Provider for their enablement capability to effectively sell RingCentral services • Create strategy for driving sellers within the Service Provider (and its indirect partners) to create qualified pipeline opportunities – and manage the forecast with the service provider • Build a team of channel & sales representatives in line with Service Provider growth rates • Train the Service Provider on product, process and solution in accordance with Service provider and RingCentral best practices • Create programs and initiatives to drive better awareness of all RingCentral solutions within your territory • Provide day-to-day support for Service Provider to help them sell, implement, and support RingCentral’s services • Assist Service Provider with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work for RingCentral services • Learn key competitor strategies and solutions, along with market knowledge and industry data to show thought leadership to the Service Provider • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation and support • Understand Service providers business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with all required supplier policies • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider. • Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars where required. • Exceed revenue objectives

Requirements

• Germany based, with bilingual-level German language capability • Well versed in Global Partner Management strategy • High energy and motivation • Willingness to travel • An aptitude to learn technology • Process driven and team centric • Strong will to succeed, no matter what • Must have experience of working with Deutsche Telekom • At least 7+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP) • Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota • Proven experience and references for selling UCaaS solutions into multi-country large enterprise through either a direct or a sell-through model • Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, and the ability to learn technology • Ability to partner and work in a co-selling environment with a Channel ecosystem • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others • Entrepreneurial flair - ability to learn and adapt quickly • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done • BS degree, continued training and education preferred • Proficient user of Salesforce
