Description

• RingCentral understands that security, global availability, and always-on reliability are marketplace differentiators. • This will be an exciting opportunity to grow in the role and contribute to RingCentral’s security posture. • The Security Trust and Sales Enablement Analyst uses this understanding of security and sales enablement along with skills in program management to identify patterns and gaps in Security Trust operations. • The Security Trust and Sales Enablement Analyst bridges the gap between security and privacy teams who provide trust information, and field teams who require this information for sales enablement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Economics or other related field or equivalent work experience • 0 - 3 years of related experience in Security or Sales • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail in a well-controlled environment • Good understanding of basic statics and Machine Learning techniques • Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources • Knowledge of security and trust principles, including third-party risk management, preferred • PowerBI or Tableau experience is a plus
