Description

• Primary responsibilities include direct customer solutioning & development • General partner enablement and training • Conducting remote and onsite product demonstrations, co-selling, prospect network readiness • Solution development and validation through workshops, Proof of Concepts (POC) for sales opportunities • Must be collaborative and willing to roll up their sleeves with the sales and client teams • Business development, monitoring and supporting SE collaborative teams • Managing customer expectations and documents for product roadmap • Lab testing, identifying strategic integrations and technology partners • Continued education on the platform and underlying technologies • Supporting Service Provider’s related internal and customer facing events • Provide in vertical, global remote/onsite support for Customers and Certified Delivery Partners • Cultivate relationships with internal and external aligned Partners and resources • Partner with the team to evaluate new technical solutions to meet or exceed prospect and customer requirements • Develop and maintain expert understanding of all RingCentral applications and products • Develop adjacent solutions to increase the viability of the RingCentral ecosystem in the client environment and stickiness of the product set • Represent RingCentral at conferences, industry, and sales events • Actively participate as a SME for RingCentral products and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance (preferred), or equivalent • 10+ years of experience serving in the capacity of a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment, or equivalent, relevant experience • 5+ years’ experience with system integration and business focused solutions engineering • 5+ years of experience working in Solution Sales Engineering capacity selling directly to Global 2000/Fortune 1000 customers and adjacent partners • Experience integrating solutions into the Microsoft Team environment • Experience delivering service interoperability through DevOps • Ability to provide a vision for Enterprise Architecture • Understanding of Firewalls and Infrastructure • Ability and Experience delivering, implementing and configuring Enterprise class SaaS solutions
