Description

β€’ Consult with your college and military partners to deepen your understanding of their needs. β€’ Be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and build a network of champions. β€’ Establish a regular and organized schedule of engagement with partners. β€’ Develop marketing engagement plans to communicate Risepoint partner offering and value propositions. β€’ Develop and implement effective recruitment and outreach strategies to increase enrollments. β€’ Build strategic territory outreach plans to recruit military affiliated populations. β€’ Forecast and achieve growth targets. β€’ Conduct ongoing and annual analysis of military partnerships and overall performance.

Requirements

β€’ Knowledge Required: Federal, State, and local veteran laws, programs and services. β€’ Principles and practices of program development and administration specific to the needs of veterans. β€’ Advanced use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau and other tools used for management and reporting and a willingness to learn new technology to streamline assignments and/or projects. β€’ Strong analytical, critical thinking, independent worker, effective planning, strong execution and ownership with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and evolving priorities. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individual of constituencies in a diverse community. β€’ Excellent presentation skills, particularly for external audiences.
