• Support the development and implementation of marketing & enrollment plans for online programs. • Manage the partner university annual campaign calendar. • Track and optimize monthly campaigns. • Perform root cause analysis on underperformance. • Provide marketing guidance to call center operations. • Identify co-branding, alumni, social media and event opportunities with assigned partners. • Analyze and report weekly on the impact of campaigns to budget. • Ensure all partner assets are accurate, up to date, and optimized for driving enrollments and revenue. • Partner with field sales team to identify opportunities to increase enrollments.
• Bachelor’s level degree required, ideally in marketing. Graduate degree a plus • 5-8 years of marketing, product and/or portfolio brand management experience, agency or direct. • Experience in higher education marketing a plus • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated history of using testing, analyzing, refining and testing methodology • Ability to work creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Agency and direct client experience a plus • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required. • Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint highly desired • Experience with Salesforce a plus • Excellent communication skills, team work and diplomacy are essential • Strong attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment with changing priorities is essential
