Description

β€’ Collaborate closely with the head of B2B Marketing and cross-functional teams. β€’ Drive compelling and strategic content for B2B initiatives. β€’ Develop and finalize content for email, sales communication, and marketing campaigns. β€’ Coordinate with the Risepoint Brand Team on external-facing assets. β€’ Analyze content usage and performance metrics to improve content efficiency. β€’ Write scripts for conferences and blogs; publish social media posts. β€’ Ensure all B2B materials align with brand communication and tone of voice. β€’ Monitor inbox and manage requests from relevant departments. β€’ Maintain a library of research materials and stay updated on market trends. β€’ Adhere to deadlines and work proactively to elevate the brand among partners.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, education, journalism or related field required β€’ 5-10 years of experience developing content and content strategy for the higher education in the B2B space required β€’ Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Advanced user PowerPoint desired. β€’ Experience using Teams, Outlook. Intermediate - Advanced Required β€’ Experienced writer, knowledgeable about the online program management industry. β€’ Proven examples of long-form writing (white papers, case studies) and short-form content (articles, flyers, ads, etc.) β€’ Skilled in using data and research in developing content, editing, analysis, and optimization β€’ Excellent communication skills, teamwork and diplomacy are essential; β€’ Excellent writing skills, customer-facing skills, and collaborate well with others β€’ Work creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail β€’ Proven experience delivering content within or before deadlines β€’ Ability to draw from network of skilled freelancers as needed for select writing projects β€’ Working knowledge of Adobe Suite β€’ Knowledge of writing for direct response marketing a plus (not required)
