• You’ll be expected to handle highly detailed partner performance data analytics and facilitate internal stakeholder conversations to build data-driven strategies that drive long-term growth • Work closely with senior management to define data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, driving innovation and continuous improvement • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and become a thought partner to them in deeply understanding the performance of our university partners and building strategies to drive growth • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives, leveraging insights to drive business performance improvements • Communicate findings and insights to diverse stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team members, through compelling presentations and reports • Form a deep understanding of AP’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem • Mentor and develop high-caliber strategy & operations analysts, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of partner projects
• BA/BS with high proven achievement and data analysis proficiency • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role (business analytics, business operations with data analytics) or in a professional services organization (consulting, private equity, investment banking) • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, as well as and techniques with experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Tableau to deliver synthesized reports and data-driven insights • Advanced Excel and other MS Office skills • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science area is a plus
