• Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools • Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics • Lead and Execute the Lean Transformation within manufacturing lines to achieve Operating goals using KPI-based performance management • Coach and Collaborate with all levels of the organization and functions • Be a Champion of Kaizen and Facilitate Kaizen Events to drive improvements • Teach, Promote, and Practice the Systematic Approach to Lean @ GE • Participate in Daily Management process including daily management meetings, Genba walks and Kata coaching cycles • Coach teams using the Kata process to drive daily Rapid Experiments and Problem Solving in a systematic way

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations and /or Training • Experience with Lean Transformation, Principles & Tools • Ability to influence without direct authority • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed • Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborator • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker
