β€’ Lead the digital transformation strategy for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. β€’ Oversee the implementation and optimization of S4Hana across supply chain functions, including order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. β€’ Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as Automation, AI and Advanced Analytics to streamline supply chain processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. β€’ Develop and manage a roadmap for digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. β€’ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. β€’ Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain digital transformation.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree AND 12 years of global experience driving digital (IT) initiatives for supply chain operations coupled with S4Hana implementation and optimization experience. β€’ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. β€’ A Master's degree is preferred. β€’ Experience with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in a supply chain context. β€’ Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain digital transformation. β€’ Certification in supply chain management or related fields (e.g., APICS, CSCP, PMP). β€’ Strong understanding of order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment processes. β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. β€’ Experience in the Life Sciences industry, including the reagents business and lifecycle. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
