Description

• EvenUp supports injury law firms in providing high standard legal representation. • The Special Operations Team delivers consistent improvement in operational metrics and productivity. • Projects include expanding operations into international markets and launching new offices. • Ideal candidate has experience in operations, analytics, and managing teams in legal technology.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an operational leadership position, preferably within in a fast-growing, highly collaborative environment or in the legal or technology sectors • Demonstrated success in developing and executing plans that improve operational metrics and drive business growth • Proven experience in leading teams to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency • Demonstrated work experience managing operational, production-based workflows and teams, including BPO management, vendor management, and offshoring • Significant experience building, optimizing, and implementing related processes, protocols, resources, and performance management frameworks • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels • Effective alignment of cross-functional teams to achieve shared performance goals • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable performance strategies. Proficiency in working with/manipulating large data sets via Excel, G-sheets, Airtable, etc. (SQL a plus)
