Description

• Facilitates the delivery of outstanding service and clinical excellence to Teladoc Health members. • Provides day to day support and leadership to the Rx Fulfillment team. • Exercises considerable judgement in applying professional knowledge in solving Rx fulfillment problems. • Works closely with leadership to perform routine people management duties. • Participates in projects and initiatives that support process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Current Pharm Tech or LVN certification required • Supervisory experience preferred • Customer service in healthcare setting experience preferred • Outstanding team player & strong interpersonal skills • Quality driven with a focus on flawless customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency using technology and software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment • Motivation to meet deadlines both personal and for the team • Bilingual-Spanish speaking a plus
