Description

• Learn all the necessary information given for work • Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline) • Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service • Be ready to work at night • Interact with other departments to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Language: Turkish B2-C1, English • Good written communication skills • Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results • Excellent basic computer skills • Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training.
