Description
• Assist the Senior Account Executive with assigned Production Team duties • Develop underwriting modules for each client • Load procedural information related to the quote and bind process • Handle enrollment process with various individual products • Organize and distribute claims packets and process for MSA programs • Develop and send Welcome Packets to clients • Maintain claims portal with up-to-date information • Answer email, telephone calls, and written correspondence
Requirements
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Strong written and oral communication skills • Sound problem solving skills • Accounting or health insurance experience a plus
