Description
• Conduct legal research and analysis on captive insurance laws and regulations. • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements. • Support attorneys in drafting legal correspondence and pleadings related to captive insurance matters. • Maintain and organize legal files and documentation related to captive insurance activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Assist in the coordination of legal meetings, hearings, and other related activities. • Stay updated on changes in captive insurance laws and regulations to provide timely and accurate legal advice.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field. • Certified Paralegal designation preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a legal environment, preferably in insurance law or captive insurance. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in legal research tools and software. • Knowledge of captive insurance laws and regulations is a plus.
