• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business goals • Maintain holistic perspective of the system to recognize cross-functional impacts • Design, build, and test configurations and reports • Identify deliverables, track issues and risks, and communicate to project management • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements • Stay updated on current trends in HCM • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and integrity • Develop communication and training materials

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday • Relevant Workday certifications • Proficiency in HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Reporting • Strong background in Workday HCM Integrations and Reporting • Familiarity with the Workday Studio application • Hands-on experience with XSLT/XML document transformations and validations • Knowledge of standardized IT file delivery methodologies such as SFTP and API • Understanding of IT change management and compliance • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proven track record in managing multiple priorities
