Description

• Design, build, maintain, and support the configuration and deployment of the API Gateway • Ability to apply security, throttling, OAuth 2.0, TLS, certificates, KeyStore, and Trust store • Provide advanced troubleshooting for any API-related issues • Continuously monitor API performance and database health • Maintain detailed technical documentation for API services • Implement automation tools for streamlining API deployments • Knowledge of containerization technologies, cloud architecture, cloud security, and cloud computing platforms • Experience with DevOps culture and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployments • Strong teamwork and communication abilities

Requirements

• Education Level: GED or Bachelor’s Degree • Area of Specialization: Computer Science or Engineering • 5+ Years in IT Industry • Experience with 3 years of API Engineer Role. • API Gateway management/configuration • SQL queries • Linux Shell Bash/ksh • CICD Tools • API Testing Tools • Docker/Podman and Kubernetes • Performance Monitoring tools • Log Shipping/Monitoring
