Description

• The Director, Network Engineering is responsible for data and voice, consisting of cloud and data center network, stores network, supply chain and corporate campus network • This role leads and supports existing systems, create a roadmap for the respective departments, assist in budget planning and resourcing, and ready the teams for substantial growth • This role is responsible for architecting technical solutions, creating and tracking metrics and KPIs as well as define/support relevant SLAs per service.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field Required • 10 years of experience in professional experience large-scale networks in a distributed environment Required • 10 years of experience in management experience of large-scale networks in a distributed environment Required • 10 years of experience in Strong understanding of network technologies in a design context, including: LAN (traditional STP plus fabric), SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, Tunneling (GRE, IPSec), wireless, cloud networking (public and private), QoS/shaping, GSLBHSRP/VRRP, Load Balancing, Netflow/IPFIX, firewalls/WAF, IDS/IPS, NFV Required • 10 years of experience in cloud technologies, network management protocols and systems, Cisco networking and VOIP technologies, wireless technologies TCP/IP and common network protocols routing, switching, and IP subnetting Required • 7 years of experience in ECommerce setting Preferred
