• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to analyze, estimate, adjust, and implement complex functionality • Participate in the Agile development process • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality • Optimize application performance and scalability • Uphold high standards of code quality • Provide coaching and mentorship to engineers • Cultivate a product-focused engineering culture

Requirements

• Expertise in cloud technologies, including AWS • Proficiency in .NET Core and C# • Expertise in React JS • Knowledge of gRPC • Expertise in modern web technologies including advanced CSS techniques • Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins • Expertise in SignalR and WebRTC • Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code • Strong project management skills • Familiarity with Agile development practices • Strong skills in managing time effectively • Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills
