📋 Description
• As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers through our in-app product chat. • Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding support to our healthcare customers, resolving their issues, filing internal support tickets, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. • Collaboration with various internal teams to identify and troubleshoot customer issues will be crucial. • Your customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills will play a pivotal role in helping Rivet Health meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or chat support role • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely • Familiarity with healthcare benefits and eligibility, including an understanding of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and HIPAA regulations • Comfort and ability to research complicated healthcare questions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
