📋 Description
• Ensure quality and timeliness of delivery for Rizing HCM services • Implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business and project goals • Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture • Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform • Able to lead and conduct project design workshops • Consult with clients and support functional and technical leads in workshops • Conducts presentations within the organization and externally to represent the brands
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, or equivalent work experience • Two or more SuccessFactors certifications with at least one Talent Management module • Strong experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant • Strong experience in HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts
