Attune is dedicated to building a diverse team of curious, focused, and motivated people who are excited about changing the future of an entire industry • We are seeking a Software Engineer II to support Attune’s workers compensation team. This is a critical Engineering role, with the potential to impact a new, high-growth, flagship product. We’re looking for folks with a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a proven ability to contribute to complex projects. This role will be more backend-heavy in nature, touching our key pricing systems, at least to start. • Creatively solve challenging product & technical problems • Advocate & model high code quality, good test coverage and other engineering best practices • Work on cross-functional user-facing projects that cross Engineering team boundaries • Collaborate with product and our workers comp underwriting team • Have autonomy to research and achieve outcomes with support when you need it

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience working full-stack across multiple technical domains • Experience working with product managers & tech leadership to determine requirements, designing solutions, writing code, writing tests, deploying changes, and support • Strong communication skill, ability to easily collaborate with rest of engineering team & cross-functional teams • Previous NodeJS experience is a must have • Previous Typescript experience is a plus
