• Expanding access to Software that enables companies to benefit from the new energy world • Help win over leading industrial companies & their energy- and procurement teams • Refine and expand sales processes with the founding team • Enhance outreach and introduce new methods for contacting potential buyers • Define and implement sales strategies that align with RIZM's goals • Collaborate with customer success and product teams to improve offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in selling to large industrial companies: documented history of achieving sales targets or at least five years of experience in consulting • Key Account Management: ability to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients • Willingness to step up: take on new responsibilities and ownership of new projects & tasks • Structured and Hands-On Work Style: organized and methodical in approach • Understanding of Complex Products: expertise in software products • Excellent Communication Skills: ability to communicate complex ideas clearly • Excellent (C2) German and English skills • Adaptability: flexibility to adjust strategies
