•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or a related field •0-5 years of related experience and 2 actuarial exams completed •Ability to provide input or make recommendations to improve Risk Services functions •Results orientated •Communicate technical analyses results to broader audiences •Ability to make good business judgments based on sound actuarial analysis •Regularly offers ideas for enhanced actuarial analysis and occasionally acts independently to execute •Demonstrates capabilities on more complex projects
