• Preferred location: Midwest region of the United States • This is a remote position. • Our client is a leading European provider of specialized solutions in the automotive sector. • With a strong presence in Poland and an extensive network across the continent, the company plays a key role in delivering high-performance components and systems for specialized vehicles. • Driven by innovation and a commitment to excellence, they empower their teams to take ownership, challenge industry norms, and drive meaningful impact in a competitive and dynamic market. • As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key industry players, including fleets, vehicle converters, body manufacturers, and the defense sector. • You will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market. • This role requires a strong commercial mindset, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in sales and negotiation, with a track record of successfully driving business growth. • High energy and a growth-oriented mindset, with a strong passion for business development. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. • 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, in the automotive sector. • Competent public speaker, capable of representing the company at trade shows and professional events. • Technical aptitude, with at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the automotive industry, specializing in vehicle solutions. • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to diverse stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
