📋 Description

• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers. • Follow a script to determine customer needs and build excitement. • Handle a high volume of calls while setting appointments for the sales team. • Exercise judgment to promote smooth workflow. • Overcome customer objections to maximize quality and quantity of sales. • Manage sales team appointments including rescheduling and cancellations. • Keep accurate records of conversations and data entered in the system. • Manage administration and communicate with internal departments.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • 1+ years in a food service or customer service-oriented field • 1+ years of telemarketing experience • Technical expert in related computer applications and data entry skills • Proven ability to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment. • Able to maintain customer confidentiality. • Great communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar. • Excellent time management and good multi-tasking skills. • Telephone skills • Friendly and pleasant manner • Active listening and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
