📋 Description
• Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Product & Data. • Manage and improve marketing technology systems at Rocket Money. • Support growth marketing team with information and data. • Challenge the status quo and seek new tools. • Collaborate with growth, engineering, and data teams to define growth goals.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in user-acquisition and data-driven marketing at a high-growth consumer-focused startup. • Data wizard with a deep analytical background in growth KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC). • Experience working collaboratively with data and engineering teams. • Ability to translate complicated data and engineering concepts to marketers using everyday language. • Expert in mobile app attribution & tracking. • Expert in web attribution & tracking.
