•Machine Learning Engineers build products deepening customer relationships. •Develop and maintain reusable ML pipelines and systems. •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. •Focus on model monitoring and optimization. •Set up deployment infrastructure and automated processes. •Steward good instrumentation and experimental design. •Build and manage data labeling and ingestion frameworks. •Understand member needs and financial goals. •Maintain a high technical bar through mentoring and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience working in a data science or machine learning engineering capacity. •Proficient in SQL, Python and have strong software engineering skills. •Team player — collaboration and communication are key. •Enthusiastic with research on cutting-edge ML solutions. •Care about understanding context and business impact. •Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. •Adept at proof of concepts and building scalable systems. •Deep experience in generative AI applications, computer vision, etc. •Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus.
