• Proven experience with Power Automate & Power BI (including paginated reporting). • Knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace. • Hands-on experience in API calls and integrating monitoring solutions. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams. • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. • Proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. • Knowledge of additional ITSM tools and automation frameworks. • Certifications in any of the technologies listed are preferred: ServiceNow and Power BI.
