📋 Description
• Support Power Bi development from Demand to delivery. • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to optimize business processes. • Create and manage Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for data-driven insights. • Work with ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace, to enhance IT service management. • Perform API integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues between platforms. • Implement and enhance monitoring solutions to improve system reliability and performance. • Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in scrum ceremonies. • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Demonstrate a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset to drive continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience with Power Automate & Power BI (including paginated reporting) • Knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace • Hands-on experience in API calls and integrating monitoring solutions • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills • Proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS • Knowledge of additional ITSM tools and automation frameworks • Certifications in any of the technologies listed are preferred: ServiceNow and Power BI
