Description

• Oversee and execute a variety of branding projects from start to finish• Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate with Client Success Manager and clients• Identify and address potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle• Implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation• Track project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities• Manage project scope and ensure all deliverables adhere to the signed proposal• Help schedule and coordinate meetings and video shoots• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed• Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients throughout the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field• Proven experience as a Project Manager• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines• Proficiency in project management software and Gantt charts• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles (preferred)• Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) (preferred)• Experience with client relationship management tools (preferred)
