Description

• Responsible for managing our client's marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua). • Develop marketing automation strategies, campaigns, and programmes to support business objectives. • Manage the marketing automation workflow within Oracle Eloqua. • Provide technical expertise and support to clients as a trusted advisor. • Guide best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure effective use of marketing automation capabilities. • Utilise AI within the Oracle Eloqua platform to improve lead generation. • Analyse performance metrics to inform future marketing enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist, with expertise in using Eloqua. • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo is advantageous but not essential. • Experience managing complex marketing automation projects. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining high-quality standards. • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets through creative thinking and innovative solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • A user-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • A collaborative spirit, capable of fostering innovation and creativity within the team.
