📋 Description
• Creating incredible automotive customer experiences by unifying people, technology and marketing • Providing administration support to the Polestar Global Sales Team • Processing orders in accordance with policies, processes and procedures • Accurate data entry that meets the required quality and productivity standards • Responding to lease companies’ communications via email • Resolving order queries and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner • Providing a high level of customer service • Collaborating with lease companies and Global Sales Team to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
🎯 Requirements
• Experience of high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy • Excellent attention to detail • Competent PC user including CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to prioritise and manage own time to meet service requirements • Energetic, able to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment • Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision • Is proactive and able to work to deadlines • Has excellent awareness of GDPR & Compliance • Desirable: Experience in data entry/order processing would be beneficial
