🎯 Requirements

• C2-level English proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with partners and internal teams. • Currently based in CET timezone: Able to work efficiently within the CET timezone, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with partners and colleagues across regions. • Experience in partner management: 3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development within a SaaS or hotel tech company. • Technical knowledge: Understanding of technical integrations and APIs, with experience working alongside engineering teams. • Commercial mindset: Strong proven track record of managing and growing revenue-driven partnerships. • Data-driven approach: Proficiency in working with KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and optimize strategy. • Collaborative spirit: Excellent relationship management skills, with the competence to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and development teams. • Effective communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders. • Self-motivated and organized: Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple partner accounts.
